Dr. Lisa Lang is the President of The Science of Business®, an international consulting firm specializing in helping companies achieve bottom-line results through the application of the Theory of Constraints, Lean and Six Sigma. Dr. Lisa is an AGI trained Jonah and a TOCICO certified expert. She is one of the few TOC Experts recognized worldwide by Dr. Goldratt, developer of the Theory of Constraints and author of the best selling business novel The Goal. And, she is one of two approved experts for delivering Viable Vision sales and marketing solution. She also served as the Global Marketing Director for Dr Goldratt's company Goldratt Consulting.
As a speaker and consultant, Dr. Lisa focuses on maximizing profitability and cash flow. Her approach is global and holistic, insisting on tying all “improvement” projects to bottom-line results. She consults with executives in a variety of industries to put their companies on a process of ongoing improvement, addressing both internal and external constraints to profitable growth.

Before becoming a consultant, Lisa spent time in operations, strategic planning, purchasing, R&D, distribution, packaging/material science, quality, IT, and finance while working for Clorox, Anheuser-Busch and Coors Brewing.
Lisa has a Ph.D in Engineering Management (with an emphasis in Packaging) from the University – Rolla. She is the author of several articles, two workbooks/audio CDs of Missouri

2) Achieving a Viable Vision: The Theory of Constraints Strategic Approach to Rapid Sustainable Growth), and her new book Maximizing Cash Flow – The Theory of Constraints Way is due out later this year.
