Having been introduced to the Theory of Constraints in 2007, Dave immediately understood its power to focus improvement efforts on one or two key areas within a business to bring immediate and dramatic results. Since that time, Dave has worked to introduce the Theory of Constraints disciplines on several projects.
Dave has degrees in Engineering and Business Administration (MBA) and his breadth of experience spans several industries including telecom, finance, and defense. He has worked with companies ranging in size from small startups to big Fortune 500 firms.
