1 Hi Lisa, Your newsletter was a great Christmas present! I have been preaching against cost accounting and for looking at the variable costs for years. Where did I learn this? From you of course. It makes so much sense to me. But when I explain it to folks they look at me like I have three eyeballs. Keep up the teaching. I am converted and now will preach even harder. 1 I started reading the newsletter recently & have been enjoying it immensely. I am from SCM function & i wish there was a similar site regarding implementation of TOC in Manufacturing. TOC, just like any new philosophies , needs passionate people to persue and popularise. I think you are passionate about TOC & hence doing this almost thankless activity.
