We are known for our Theory of Constraints Consulting with custom manufacturers – machine shops and jobs shops. Check out Velocity Scheduling System, Velocity Pricing System, Throughput Accounting and Theory of Constraints CPE.
Since 2001 we have been putting our money where our mouth is. We do results based consulting whenever possible, typically for longer term partnerships. In those cases, 20% to 80% of our fees are based on your results. And these fees are based on actual bottom-line results, not just accomplishing some task. If your profits don’t increase then you don’t pay the bonuses. Period.

Science of Business is about maximizing profitability and is THE place for Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints (TOC) consulting, coaching programs, speaking, books, training, assessments, videos, and self learning programs.
We specialize in the application of scientific principles to business. We use scientific methods and principles to help you maximize your cash flow and profitability! That’s where our tagline comes from — Applying science to your bottom-line!
TOC is about FOCUS and LEVERAGE. If you focus on what’s important and leverage your resources where they can have the largest impact, the results are quick and substantial. We use Theory of Constraints as the focusing mechanism and then TOC, Lean and Six Sigma tools to leverage.
Our philosophy is simple – we help clients achieve better business results. Our results oriented approach is driven by helping our clients to FOCUS on what’s necessary to achieve the results they are after and to LEVERAGE their existing resources to achieve those results. Most often clients are able to achieve more with their current resources.
We believe in working collaboratively with our clients to ensure transfer of skills and lasting changes. Our engagements are anything from brief training or assessment sessions to 14 week coaching programs to Viable Vision projects lasting 4 years or more.
